i think on GXE's it cuts out at 119 or 113 ... not sure
i think the JWT ECU or UPRD ECU can fix that tho
Oh wait my ECU doesn't have a limiter .. wanna trade ..

if you want to test out how the limiter feels...
And you have an auto, shift down into 1, and hit the pedal. Once the engine speed goes into the redline, the limiter will kick in and you get this jerky feel of the engine kicking in and out, trying to get out of redline. It makes your car bounce like you've got one of those lame hydraulic suspensions.
