Question about frankencar mid-pipe

I got one question about frankencar mid-pipe on 4th Gen. When I blow thru the smaller tube...I can't feel any air going out on the other end. My question is: Is it necesary for air to go thru the smaller tube? or it's not important. The old part had a small hole but the new one hasn't, it's almost like it has super glue at the end that doesn't let any air go thru.

Thanks.

First I want to know why you're blowing your midpipe.

And I'm not surprised you don't feel anything, could the air be going out of the other side/hole?

Frankenbong....

Seriously, if you are able to blow air into it, it must be going somewhere. If you are unable to blow air into it, something is wrong.

The best person to ask is Steve, speaking of frankencar intakes I ordered mine in mid July and have yet to recieve it. Sorry, but I'm really anxious didn't mind to set this thread O/T, just wait for Steve to respond.

what did you order, i've talked to steve a few times, and if you ordered a colored midpipe they won't be out for a few more weeks, and supposidly the frankencar intakes are on back order, he's been rushing with them, just go to the site and get his instant messanger name if you have a problem, he's a nice guy

I ordered the "intake kit" it was a special of the month in silver. It came out to be $138 ($125 initially i think) Anyways I've immed him many times when he signs on but no luck. I've emailed also, but I've just been told by others to wait paitiently and my item will arrive, that is what im doing now, its just so hard to be waiting with a hole in your pocket.

If you are talking about the smaller tubes, its not necessary for air to go through them because they attach to vaccuum lines that "suck" the air out of the tube.
