If i get any sort of air intake, would i be able to install an air fuel ratio gauge? I just like the way it looks and it might be cool to do, has anyone dont this. just help me out with this.

 

You can run it straight to the ECU. This thread might help you.

no need to mess with the ECU. I just installed my AF gauge a few days ago. All you need to do is tap off the 3wire harness off the front of the valve cover(at the front right of the valve, just above the front exhaust manifold)
There should be red/white/blue wires. Tap the WHITE wire and run that to the purple lead on the back of the gauge.

I second that...messing with the ecu was a pain so the wire was just routed up thru the engine.

 

any body have any pics of what it looks like lit up!?

 

the gauge face doesnt light up, well atleast the Phantom face AF i bought. I know Autometer makes an AF that lights up, but its $$.

go to: www.autometer.com and look up the A/F gauges they sell. There will be a link to see how these gauges look in action
