Over-Sensitive Steering Pull

Have any of you guys experienced exccessive steering pull when driving over uneven roads??? Example!! That hump which 18-wheelers make in the middle of highways.. I find that the wheel feedback is very sensity when trying to compensate. The car either jerks left or right eradictly. However if the roads is flat this problen don't exist. It seems that the steering system can't overcome these extreme effects.

Is there something worn or loose in the steering system????
My Tire pressure is fine... Feedback would be great. Thanks.

i noticed the same thing when i drive over uneven surfaces... especially since i put 225-50's on. it feels like it wants to pull to one side then back to the other. kinda weird... i just thought it was my tires.

YES - The wider your tire is the more you'll feel it. Also the more agressive your tire is,the more you'll feel it.

Every car gives this feed back, it's not just ours.

My Dunlop SP8000 235/45/ZR17 are like glue and they will crawl all over the place on roads with ruts.

A touring tire wount do this as much as an agressive tire will.

Yeah My tire width is 8 inch whell base running on 17,s. But someone told me that my tie-rods my need examination??? Dont know how true this is... Yeah maybe I may have to deal with it. It would be great to adjust the stiff-ness of the steering, but I doubt that.
