Help? AC on Engine problems
Hello all,
When I have my AC on and I am in traffic my engine will sound completely different and it screams at about 3500 rpms. As soon as I turn off the AC it goes back to normal. Does anyone know what to do or what this means?

When you say it screams at 3500 RPM's are you saying it idles that high?
If it just sounds different, then it's not your engine your hearing, it's your A/C compressor thats telling you something.
It's probably saying something like....

no
I have a stick and when I bring the RPM's past 3k it sounds like my engine is going to blow. Maybe you are right about the compressor.
I appreciate the sarcasm...
