changing front head rests

changing front head rests
i've been thinking about swaping out my head rest for ones that are adjustable and/or support your head better. and so that they match, i'd just go to an upholstry shop and have them switch out the stock cloth to the new head rest. has anyone tried doing this before and have any potential matches for the posts that go into the seats?

yay to the build quality of the Minima's.
that's a pretty good idea...anyone know how much those would run for?
