ebay - Xenon White Bulbs?

Are these any good? It says it uses a fiberglass base to prevent wire melting and was design to prevent damage to the lens and the harness. But it's 100/80W...stock is 65/45 isn't it? That's a big jump on wattage.

I also notice that there isn't any DOT compliants mentioned.

I did a search on here and read everyone's opinions on PIAAs and Philips BV, I probably take a look at the BVs...will I need a new harness or does it run on stock wattage? Will I also have to replace the headlights? I'm new to all of this, it would be nice to see more of the road. Thanks!

Crap ... pure crap.

I bought some and thought that I would die everytime I took the car out at night because I couldn't see anything. Especially in the rain.

Get the BV's. They are stock wattage so no need to upgrade the harness.

Most of these Super White bulbs aren't what there cracked up to be. BUT - I did order these for our BMW 330. I believe it was the H7 or 9007 bulbs??? Anyhow, I have to say, maybe it's just the design of the 9004 bulbs that are bad in general. But these bulbs in my BMW are truly amazing. They are high wattage, 80W I believe, I've had them in for over a year now with no problems at all. The light is VERY and I mean VERY close to HID lighting.

I am very pleased with them, actually quite surpised at the performance of them. Keep in mind it's not the 9004 bulbs, I'm running a completely different bulb, but from the same MFG.

Yes ... the 9004 design sucks.

Would the performance of Philips BVs be hindered by my frosted looking headlights? I read on here that I can upgrade to a 97 maxima's headlights, would that improve at all?
