I'm going to be recieving my apexi exhaust today, and was wondering if there is anything extra i would need to buy for the install? Will i need new bolts, or gaskets, or anything like that? And i did do a search and couldn't really find anything, so shoot me if im wrong.

also, will ramps be sufficient to install this, or will i need jack stands? thanks

The kit should come with bolts and gaskets. If not, $10 at home depot and an exhaust shop should do the trick.

I would recommend stands, because getting the b-pipe -> muffler connection together is much easier with the rear wheel off the car.
