I searched for throttle body, cleaning throttle body, and tried to find it somewhere-maybe i just didn't look hard enough-anyway, does anyone have a how to write up about cleaning the throttle body? I plan on doing it and replacing my fuel filter on my day off- are there any other little cheap things i can do on my days off to improve my cars performance and reliability-i have been getting some horrible mileage too in town- like 14-15mpg. what can i do to help this? I need to change my air filter as well...i use only 93 octane, i am a little abusive though...i would appreciate the help.

I'm sorry, I just had to be thorough to prove a point that it takes 5 minutes of serach with a few specific words to get lots of results. I'm hearing a lot of newbies and lurkers saying that they've serached when they haven't really searched at all. Maybe you guys need searching skills? Don't mean to insult, just venting i guess. Hope the crap above helps.
