It says it can creat up to 5lbs of boost. What they forget to tell you is thats only at idle with the throttle plate closed!

After that it only becomes a restriction in the intake path.

it's a bilge blower inside PVC tubing. this has been covered hundreds of times, including in the FAQ's.
