Changing the Knock Sensor with DuckTape!
Changing the Knock Sensor with DuckTape!
Before changing the knock sensor, try covering up the sharp edges on the engine compartment with some ducktape, they won't be as sharp. There are three main edges to be covered up; they are easy to cover and they don't obstruct the installation.

I would suggest getting some thick leather gloves. But hey, that kinda thing is something i'll do. Nothins better than good ol' duct tape!
it's really tough to fit your hand in there wearing a glove. (at least for me.)
I could barely fit mine, and that's because they were sweety and slipery
-, and even then I had to twist the screw with only two fingers. Only one minor cut on my pinky though.

When I put my VI in and have my old intake manifold off Ill just go on ahead and change it. It will be almost exposed with the manifold off
