Front O2 Sensor...ECU code 0503

Check engine light came on....What else is new?? Anyway it was the code 0503. This is the front oxygen sensor B1 or something like that.
I was wondering what the best thing to do here is.. What i am prolly gonna end up doing is just taking it to nissan.... Any other suggestions??? I reset the ECU and i tried testing it again..And the code 0505 came up which means everything is fine. Now.. is that what is supposed to happen? Or should i just see if the light comes one again? Thanks for all the help..

Also..I am getting those eyebrows from Sarona...What can i use to shave those lovely nipples down. Thanks fellow maxima enthusiasts.

DTC 0503

Diagnostic Trouble Code 0503 indicates a problem with the front Oxygen Sensor on the right cylinder bank.

The right bank is also called the rear bank. It is cylinders 1,3,5. A normal signal sweeps back and forth between 0.2
volts and 0.8 volts. This malfunction was detected when the Engine Control Module received a signal from the
sensor which was a constant value of approximately 0.3 volts.

Possible causes include ...
- Harness or connectors (the sensor circuit is open or shorted).
- Defective Oxygen Sensor
----------------------------------------------------
You can replace this yourself with a Bosch one from Autozone for about $70, or you can use a generic one for around $30, but you'll have to work more to install it. It was good to reset the ECU, it may not come back. If it does, you can also take the sensor out and try to clean it. A few people here have done that. Details can be found by searching.

I found this in my search, but couldn't find the directions to actually clean the O2 sensor.

Is it just remove and clean with rubbing alcohol?
