Extra hose after stock extraction

I recently took out my stock intake system and installed a midpipe and pop charger. After my installation was complete installing both IACV and EGR, I noticed an extra hose located next to the booster sensor module. My question is whether this hose is needed after my installation or should I just disregard it. I have a '96 GLE.

I also have codes for the MAFS and the ECTS.

Thanks

brought back from the dead .... there should be 4 hoses, and one is a breather hose, it doesn't get attached to anything

It the breather for your transmission. It doesn't go anywhere, just hangs there, open end facing down.
