wheel question

anyone get their wheels redone to take the scratches off, I was wondering whether I had to take my tires off and how long it should take? Thanks.

When i got mine done they insisted i took off the tyres before i left the wheels in.

Depending on how busy they are, mine took a week for the 4 wheel but it was worth the wait
