Spark plugs

I'm so happy and proud of myself, woke up early this morning and changed the spark plugs on my car. It's not that difficult...45 minutes, an hour.
But damm those things are expensive...125.00$CDN

It pays to have a fiance who works for Bosch . "Yoink"

Glad to find this forum by the way, proud owner of a 99SE. No mods as of yet. Still just trying to find time for normal everyday stuff, but this is certainly a fountain of knowledge.

I wasn't aware Bosch sold NGK plugs.

Anybody else know where I'm going with this?

Have you noticed any difference in mpg and performance?

hehe. I'll keep quiet and let the guy stay happy.

(Although we may have to start hitting him up for O2 sensors )

Whoa! $125 CDN? Just for future reference, you can get platinum plugs from any of the Nissan dealers listed on the org for about $9 USD each or about $54 USD before shipping. I'm a little rusty on conversion but I think that's about $85 CDN. Congrats on changing them yourself though. You still saved a ton over having a shop install them for you.
