2 Important Questions

I have two completely unrelated questions. First, if i buy H&R springs, will i have to buy an alignment kit and align it? I will be keeping the stock struts, if that is of any importance. Second, how bad for the car is power braking an auto, and what rpm is it horrible for the car? Thanks.

Is it bad yes. You can only go so high. the Torque Converter has a set stall speed of about 1500 or so.. It all really depends on what mods your car has as to what the best RPM you should do it at.

It is bad wether you doing 800 RPMs or 2000..still bad..

Hope that helps that question

no, h&r is not that low. unless something is bent or whatever but you'll know because after the install, you should get an alignment, and the alignment guy will tell you if you need some aftermarket kit.
