How much are you willing to spend? I'm in the process of looking for a carbon fiber dash kit myself as well, but wouldn't want to spend $200+ for just a dash kit.

Let me get this out of the way...SEARCH!!!

Having said that, I know of two routes offhand. Stillen has them for around $300 but I think they are high quality. They are also on E-Bay for around $100 but I think they're low quality. You get what you pay for.

Let me get this out of the way... Did YOU SEARCH??? There are less than satisfactory threads w/ actual pics on carbon fiber dash kits, everyone is gungho about aluminum dash kits.

fmtek, I can think of at least 4 places to get carbonfiber dash kits for all around $150 +/- $15 or so. Joshua Tree is probably the most expensive of the ones below at about $200.

Yes. I did search. I put in fiber + dash and got over 300 topics. You mean to tell me there wasn’t any useful information in there? 18 minutes later you replied that there were no useful threads on the subject. You searched through 300+ threads in 18 minutes. Good lord, man. Plus, the guy never said anything about pics. I wasn't trying to flame the guy. Sorry I tripped your trigger

Don't worry about it. I've been reading search results for a couple of months regarding carbon dash kit. There are a lot of threads out there, but a lot of them ending up as dead end, or subject veered off to aluminum dash instead. And for people like me that can't spend too much money of a carbon dash kit, seeing pictures might be a good thing. You're right, you get what you pay for, that's why I'm having several companies send me samples before I order... even that we'll probably run into fitment issues with cheaper kits.

Let me help you here. These kits are not all the same. If you do some research, you'll see that there are different looks to these kits even though they all say "carbon fiber". If you want to see what they look like, I know redmax007 has pics of his Alka Plus kit on his homepage(Jeff, hope you don't mind me posting your site here). I have just installed me Joshua Tree carbon fiber kit in my car and hopefully I can get pics up soon...so keep your eyes open.

Thanks for your help. Alk Plus is one of the cheaper ones you can find ($110 on ebay) and I have to say, it isn't bad at all for the price, the fitment looks decent too. Yeah, definitely let us know when you get pics of your Joshua Tree kit.

thanks!

That's my problem. Tan interior. I don't know if anything is going to look good with it. CF and aluminum might look out of place and wood will look like some old guy's Lincoln. I'd love to see pics of CF in a tan interior.

E-bay kit

That kit looks pretty good. The only thing that makes me nervous is their disclaimer above the photo.
