Need advice for repairs. Please.

Thanks for the help with getting codes for my 96 maxima. now could someone give me an idea of what this is gonna cost me too fix. i said earlier that my car has high rpm's at low speeds and at about 4000 at 120kmh on the highway (with O/D off). the codes i got were 11-6 Improper shifting to 4th gear (automatic trans)
1-4 Vehicle Speed sensor
3-4 Knock sensor

Do i gotta get all this fixed or is one thing throwing off all the other codes. if someone could give me an approximate $$value (canadian) i dont wanna go to a dealer cuz i dont wanna get robbed blind.

thanks

I invoke the Bill image. We love Bill.

By doing a search, you could have found that these URL's are helpful with knock sensors:

Why were you driving with the O/D off on the highway? That's a highway speed.

When asking technical problems, please provide background information on your car, such as: year, trim level, miles, and modifications done to the car.

Ooops, I meant with the O/D on. By the way, what speed should I drive with the O/D on and off. I was told to keep it on at all time. Is this good advice???

Thanks for the links
