I was just wondering how much all you guys paid to have your cars tinted. I have a 95 SE, pearl white, and i was thinking about getting my windows tinted with the Chrome Mirror and i was just looking for some feedback and prices. All windows, rear and visor on windshield.

You guys got taken.. $100 for 30%/20%, and he would have done 20%/15% for $129. This is the premium Llumar film, too. The chrome/titanium tints may be more, I don't know... mine is just black.

Where did u get you car tinted guy? I'm assuming that you are from the South Since you go to college in Florida. If that is the case, don't you think that there is more demand for tint in Florida than in the Northeast? How many more cars do you think get tinted down there than up here. I don't think that $200 is a rip off for up here. You're a genius for paying $100.

$100, Tampa Florida, very nice job, 2 years ago, still looks great, no bubbles. The price is still around the same, by the way.
It is very competitive here... Virtually every car stereo store here, and in Dallas where I used to live does tint on the side.
Perhaps a post in the Regional forum here at Maxima.org will get you more first-hand responses from people who live near to you.

how did your tints come out, is the back one piece or can you see the junction at all? i'm from around there and looking for a good place to re-tint my windows, just wondering if you're satisfied. thnx.
They did a great job. It is two pieces on the rear window but it is very difficult to see the division. Looks great.

Reading what all of you guys paid for tint makes me sick. I got ripped off. My tint job was $220 for 20% all the way around and the shop did a crappy job. Tiny bubbles everywhere. On top of that, they took my gold 98 emblem from my graduation tassel. If anyone reads this who lives in northern Virginia, DON'T GO TO CALIFORNIA TINT, they suck.

I think tinting must be much lower priced in states where there are automotive enthusiasts.... since in the midwest(iowa) the cheapest price is 200 and for a lifetime warranty you are looking at 270. sounds high to me since if you go to chicago (my old home town) you can find local persons to do this for 100!!!
I am also looking to tint my 95 SE. I may have wait till after New Year to get it done. Here in Seattle area, the best tint job is $220 for 5 windows. That is already special price. Normal $240 One piece in the back. Tinting windows is not a big thing in here.
I paid $200 for 35% smoke (not mirror, sorry) on all windows except windshield at Ziebart in Michigan.
My 95SE pearl white looks better now, and I don't get annoyed with the headlight reflection from the rear view (and side) mirrors.
