I ran a 15.07@91mph, only with JWT popcharger and Stillen Y-pipe.

14.9-15.0@94-96mph with a pretty pathetic 60 foots and in hot humid weather. Mods at the time were y-pipe, B-pipe, and intake. No power shifting. The trap speeds and ets indicate approximately 6.2-6.3 0-60s.

You should be able to take out a GTPee with that kind of performance. Good job.

Thanks. My runs before were on my stock struts that were completely blown (very apparent on my 1/4 mile videos-the butt of my car bounces on launch and on every shift). I changed to KYBs in the rear and Koni's in the front. I installed some material in the engine mounts to firm them up, and I've got ultra light weight 16" Kosei K1s with new Yokohama rubber. Let's just say my car is hooking like it never did before. I used to be able to smoke the tires in 1st from a 10mph roll because the suspension was so bouncy. Now all I can do is chirp the tires and take off. I'm very excited to say the least. Also after dynoing my car I realized I was shifting way too late on the 2-3 (6500 rpms). I've adjusted accordingly (6100 rpms).

Praying for a 14.4-5@95mph with a 2.2 60 foot.

Dave

I ran a 15.6 my first time running on chromes and a CAI. With those mods and practice, he is right where he should be. Now if he only added that VB.

95 GXE auto with security/convenience package. Only other mods was a HKS muffler and a yanked-out MAF screen (a topic of hot debate). I don't know why other guys run slower than I did, but every little bit helps.
I took heat when I told guys to take the slack out of the throttle cable, and when I told them to pull the screen out of the MAF for increased throttle response. But for some reason, I ran faster than those who told me both of those things wouldn't/shouldn't make a difference. Go figure
