installing HIDs from acura...HELP NEEDED

Does anyone know where I can get instructions for installing an HID kit? The ones i have are H4 from an acura and I honestly have no idea how to do it. Need any advice on doing this you all can provide, even instructions to a standard 9004 HID kit would help.

Thanks Everyone,
Anthony

Yeah i did get a very good deal It was worth it.

Yes you can use HIDs from an acura if you also have H4, so can anyone with 9004, you just have to mod it alittle.

Ok.. lol.. I am a little confused.

Do you need

A) the 95 maxima headlight harness wiring diagram?

or

B) the acura HID wiring harness diagram?

or do you need both?

I have a FSM for a 97... although the wires might be different it might give you some help for the maxima.

I have nothing for an acura

Since the info I need is HID specific (ballasts, ignitors, etc.) I do not believe this would really help, but thanks anyway.

Besides firearms, I'm also into automotive lighting.

I would advise against going with HIDs if I were you. You'll lose your highbeams and the light, though brighter, will not have as precise a beam pattern compared with your H4s.

Also, you will not be able to use the HIDs straight from an Acura or Audi. They use the D2R and D2S bulbs in their "natural" form. The conversion kits modify those two bulbs (which are essentially the same except for the gas capsule locations and mounting flange) by adding flanges that fit the various bulbs like 9003, 9004, 9006, etc.

If you want to improve your headlamps, the ONLY thing you should do (at this point in time) is to swap out the stock bulbs for Philips VisionPlus which are the best out there.
