question about stillen b pipe

could someone tell me if the stillen b pipe needs to be welded on, or if its totally bolt on? thanks

Should be bolt, I don't see one good/sane reason why it would be welded?

She's bolt on....and loud as hell with the Stillen rear section SST Muffler. Mine is.
