Stock Wheels
I have the stock GLE tims on my max (1995) and the rims have oxidized and have gone to $hit i was thinking of taking them off and painting them black. I also figure it will make the rims look a little more pleasing with the honeycombs in all. I dont want to spend the money for large rims. Just something cheap to look a little better than what i have now. Any thought or opinions would be must appreciated. Brian

It actually might look tight...
...last winter I bought some black Steel rims from Discount Tire at $35 each and coated them with Gloss Black High Temp Spray paint...
SHINY BLACK... eveyone thought they were powdercoated. They looked mean.
You could probaly do the same with the mesh until next spring/summer and get some 18's.
