new toe/heel pedals

i just got my OBX pedals. they look awesome but i can't get those rings on for some reason.. any suggestions?

by heel/toe peddels do you mean there is an extension on the gas pedal to the left so that its easier to heel it? I saw a pair of these and was wondering do they go over the stock pedals or can we bolt them on as a brand new assembly?

30 dollars including shippig!!! it even came with the dead pedal!!

they look the same as these...except these are lower priced!

shipping included in southwestautoworks? sorry, I never figure out how much the shipping for that company. (since "check out" the cart doesn't show anything for yahoo store, or did i do it wrong?)
