Crack in the 1999 Key (the one with the transmitter)
I have a small crack near the rectangualr joint which I assume was a hole for the chip. Now this crack has appeared. What do I fix it with?
People with 99 should know what I am talking about.
Thanks

Any cheaper alternatives?
The reason I ask is because I did call the dealer and they told me that the new one was about $80. But they did say that I could superglue this key as this is just a crack and try to keep using it till it fails . I guess they were making a point too. Why smash the **** out of a key that is working right?

Cool part is the key has a chip so nobody can steal your car.
Bad part is the key has a chip so you must go to Nissan to get a new one.
You can get one copied from Joe's Keys but it will only open the trunk and doors. Car will start for 2 seconds then die.
