If along with your max, you could buy one of these cars, which would it be? And you had 8K to spend?

 

GSX or Z28 seeing that you have money to repair them with as well. If you are going to modify the car a lot, get the Z28. If you aren't, get the GS-X. My opinion.

I'd get the Talon TSI. These can be lethal if modded. Believe me, my friend has one. Z28's and SS's are nothing compared to it.

talon tsi's are fast, those ****ers are fast but I think I rather go with a 2nd Gen Turbo II RX-7. Nice car, like the styling and most important very fast.

 

With a list that small... Z28 all the way. I would either get the Z28 or an old 240sx and turbo the snot out of it. (since you have a daily driver and all)

I wouls sell the auto max and get a 5spd max. And then Save the 8grand or just make the max look good.
You have to understand something. Beating a GS-T in a max is priceless cause no one expects it.
If i had the cash I would tune the hell out of my maxima and go hunting for the big blocks.

U have to be unique and not ordinary. Why dont you get a civic then??

Beating a GST (Eclipse, I'm assuming) in a Max isn't that crazy. A stock Eclipse GST vs a stock Maxima (similar trannies) would be a close race.

I would definately go with a 240sx personally. But if I have to choose from the list I would go with an AWD Talon Tsi. I rode in one a few weeks ago, very nice.. got the BOV sound stuck in my head.

 

Oh yeah, and Eclipse GSX's and Talon Tsi AWD's are the same thing with just slight different styling.. so either of them are great cars. Gotta love the DSM's. I think the v6 camaros are a waste of metal. My ex g/f just bought a 3.4L last week, and it's only good for saying "yes I have a camaro".. if you go the American muscle route, get the z28/formula.
