Why is my control arm shifting?

Why is my control arm shifting?
When I turn my left wheel all the way to the left, the arm shifts towards the rear of the car. The right side doesn't do this. This is probably why my car drifts even though I had an alignment 2 months ago. Which part is worn or broken? Thanks for the help.
