First of all

true racers stick to the track ..

stock 4th gen will put approx ~ 160 .. thas for auto ..

95-96 is faster cuz they didn't have obdII safety features which add weight..

OBD-II is a standard for advanced monitoring of engine operation and has NOTHING TO DO with safety. OBD-II did not add any weight to the cars and the 97+s are approximately the same weight as the 95-96s. The 97+ SEs are slower due to heavier wheels, that's it.

I remember it being 152hp at the wheels for a stock max. Search for it, I am sure youll find something on it.

A typical 4th gen 5-sp will do 155-162 hp at the wheels 100% stock. I still question this '95-96 is faster than 97-99' stuff. My 97' ran a 15.210 at 91.69 100% stock with only 3 rans that entire night. I still need to see some evidence that the 95-96 cars are faster. BTW, the 96 cars have ODBII on them All cars manufactured as of 1/1/96 have ODBII.
