Ok the tab by my automatic shift ***. The black one with P R D ... on it is horrible its all scratched and looks horrible i tried to clean it and even spray it with clear but its just shot. Does anyone know anyway i can make this look good. I really dont need the P R D .. on there b/c if i dont know where they are then i really shouldnt be driving. I was thinkin maybe lookin for some carbon fiber or maye just carpet or something and puttin there with maybe some chrome maxima letters or something. Anyone got anykind of idea?

 

A 5-spd conversion would cure that.

But seriously you might be able to pic that piece up used or from an online parts suplier.

 

i would do that but i dont have the time, money , nor the knowledge too.

I have the same problem.. I was looking at mothers plastice polish or maybe wet sanding using a VERY hi grit sand paper

 

Bags, I have the one left over from my 5-speed swap. If you want it, come by and look at it and pick it up.....granted you let me "borrow" your VI lolololol...

 

buy a little sheet of black decal vinyl at the mall cart things and stick it over it
