Well after ten days of ownership i finnaly had a (safe) chance to see what my 99.5 SE Limited could do. Started out on 495 ( the Long Island Expressway)around 10:30 ish exit 51 and saw a 3rd gen and several 4th gens. Seams that nobody was going to play with me, on the approach to exit 60 i caught a 3rd gen doing 80mph, ( BTW 70-75 is the norm for this highway)i got along side and drop into 4th, he was game so off we went, exit 62 is my exit so i thought this would be short, yippee he is following me. On to CR 97 north, 12 miles till my house, dark smooth and built for speed. Great road as long as you do not get behind two idiots one in the left lane and one in the right, well let me tell you fellow Maxima Fans this car moves, i hit 115 no problem and the 3rd gen was far behind, i slowed to 90 to let him close the gap and he passed me at a light because of this Black 4th gen SE, the Black SE seamed like he was going to play with us for about 10 seconds i was on his tail shift for shift up to 75, then he slowed i droped to 3rd and woosh, passed him all pissed off the 3rd gen had a 10-15 car lead on me. We went another two miles me always gaing on him then passing him, at his exit ( route 25) we said our good byes, ( flashing brights to me and breaks lights to him)

Really enjoyable, safe, mature driving. Great car, thanks to the white 3rd gen for playing, and to the Black 4th gen SE....What was up with you...

Peace to all in this Holiday Season

Just watch out for modded 5spd VE 3rd gens. They will give you a run for the money.
