Anti-theft/Security System/Door locks outta control
I have a 1995 Maxima. Something somewhere in the system that controls the remote door locks/anti-theft & security/starter disable (the system that came from the factory) has gone crazy. When I unlock the doors with the remote or by using the key in the cylinder the doors will unlock momentarily and then relock. Sometimes they will just go crazy and go through a spell of locking and unlocking. The alarm will go off by itself sometimes without provoking. And the last straw was last night the thing wouldn't let me start it. I went to start the car and nothing happend. Battery level was fine; but something was lost between the ignition and the starter. Any ideas as to what this would be other than the car is possesed? Any suggestions to correcting the problem would be appreciated. Please reply post or direct e-mail to: dansmith1984@insightbb.com. Thank you in advance!

Re: Anti-theft/Security System/Door locks outta control
this might not work at all. but here is a few things to try. first reset your ecu. dont know if this will correct problem but it couldn't hurt to try. First disconect battery, then remove fuse/relay for antitheft, this i think should allow you to drive the car and may even correct the problem.if it doesnt correct problem im sure some one on this site will know what to do
