HAI cone filter setup intake air duh?

I've been reading many intake posts, and decided to go ahead with Poorman's Official HAI tm. available at local auto stores.

But then do I leave the small ugly air intake "snorkel" and other cheap black plastic boxes or take them all out?

And should I punch out foglight covers to open up new entrances for outside air?

some would say take out the stock parts and others would say to leave it because it might help draw outside air in so its up to you. I personally took all the junk out to make things look cleaner. Unless you drilled a hole through your fenderwell, theres no need to cut holes in the bumper.

If you do punch the holes in the foglight spot, then I suggest you do the "home depot grill" mod and also cover the fog light areas.
