Reset your ECU.

its a '97 and its not the boost sensor, its towards the back of the piping it has 2 wires comming out of it, and it sticks into the piping, and its like a lil black probe thingie

When I put my Franken Intake in My check engine light came on
I checked it out it was code 0401 Intake Sensor

SO I checked to see if everything was tight and it was
so I reset the ECU and mins later The check engine light just popped up agian.

also does the tempeture sensor go into anything or does it just dangle? Steve said to zip tie it near the other one so I assume it doesn't plug into anything

I wanna know what the problem is

Honestly I don't know if that temprature sensor does anything... i found out that mine has been dangling well away from the cone filter for the longest time till i noticed it when i isntalled the frankencar midpipe. Perhaps it plays a role in figuring out the air/fuel mixture?

I doubt it was THAT that tripped your CEL. Maybe it was the MAF... just reset the CEL using the screwdriver method. Good Luck
