is it worth saving money with a budget y pipe?

i want to purchase a budget y pipe and i noticed it's a lot less expensive then all the other ones. is there a reason for this or are they just living up to their name? on top of all that, is a y pipe really worth the money? will i feel a difference? i have a 99 se auto. thanks guys for the info.

You will feel the difference. I know a couple of people with the budget pipe, and they seem to be happy with it.

I just got mine the other day. Looks like any y-pipe that every other place sells. The price use to be high. But they just dropped the price. 160 is a good deal.

Almost everyone that has bought the y-pipe seems happy with it.

Save up, get it, be happy.

I have installed mine on Sunday. Removing of the OEM one really sucks but installing the Budget pipe is pretty easy. The effect is great too... I love it

those ae canadian prices (if you dont know), so really alot less in US terms....its not much extra money for the SS pipe, so personally i would go for that....if you odnt live in an area with much rain/snow, go with aluminized, no real difference in performance

i live in canada, so i don't have to convert the amount
we do get quite a bit of snow in the winter...and i guess average rainfall.
is there any difference in quality? longevity?
