I never liked white on cars....until I met my Maxima...haha. However, if you want to do add body kits and such....you have to pay extra for white...cause its a 3 stage paint job...so on my next Maxima(probably will be a 5th...or even a 6th gen)....I'm gonna get either that new Titanium color...or that hot North Carolina blue color...(besides the pearl white on the 5th Gen Max's are almost cream in color compared to the fourth gen). it's surprising to see how popular gray (sterling mist!) is as well, when I boguth my car I had a choice between 98 Gray SE with black cloth interior, 98 Dark Green GXE with tan (yuck) interiror, 98 GLE Black with black leather ..... which was just what I had been looking for and snapped onto it in no time.

by the way does anyone have black interior in their deep evergreen? all i have seen is tan...just wondering if it exists.

1) Sage Mist Green (my first Max)
2) Superblack (my current Max)
3) Sterling Mist

SAGE MIST GREEN, its a sparkling combo between black dark green and even blue, its amazing when u wax it.

 

white looks pretty with clear corners and white lights. gold has got to be the ugliest color

in the day it's green, at night it's black. so it's like a two-tone paintjob...

 

i like my black on black, but over all white and stearling mist are better for the "car" because it doesnt show dings or scratches as easlily. but deep green, neptune blue, black, white look the best

 

I havn't seen to many Max's with my color. It is a real deep green that looks black. You can only tell if the sun is hitting just right that it's green. I ordered carbon fiber door pillars because my old ones where fading, the combination looks great Every body who has seen my car, and even the dealership marked it down as black, just like every ticket I get
My car is a 96, and I really love the color, looks black, but has a chameleon effect with the sun, at night or when it's dark it always looks black.
But my favorite is superblack 97-99 with red/clears tails. But mine is unique so that suits me fine. Anybody else have this color?

 

My max is black. But i think the more specific color is ebony. Seriously on the original factory keychain it said Ebony as the color.

 

When i sell my Car...The maxima I get is definetly gonna be white. Car i have now is Black and i hate it...keeping it looking nice and clean is the worst and even the littlest scratches show up easy

its all about the Neptune Blue. rare, and looks different in all conditions, sun, rain, at night....

 

Definitly white. Mine is dark green, it looks good too but I think white looks better.

well i know that i am gonna get alot of heat from saying this, but: i think personaly that white is a color for women. it sucks, and it gets very dirty! (just as dirty as black) yea yea, i know... there are some really phat white maxima's out there... but it just doen't "do it" for me! black is the sh*t! it is my fav. stock color... and non-stock i would probably go with wrx blue with some white pearl mixed into it. just my 2 cents.

 

my last max was white, and though there are some really awesome looking white maximas out there, i hated the color. it showed dirt horribly bad (just as bad as my current black maxima), and every imperfection was readily apparent.

i like black so much because it's sleek and i think it just looks badass in general. it's my 2nd black car and i'll probably buy many more in the future.

But I Love My Pearl White with Black Leather.... And When Your Busy all the Time, and Don't really have Much time To Dry It Off or Wax, You can't Tell for $hit if theres water spots or whatever on White It Still Shines..... Black You Gotta Go The Extra Mile and Dry It off...To Time Consuming! But it is a Great Color!!!!!But I Myself take Great Care Of My Max And Spend The Time To Dry it off....Weather it be Black Or White I StiLL Love White!

I Still Clean My car 2-3 Times A Week So My car Being dirty is No issue....Its always Clean!

Didn't read the other threads on this one, but my vote is for red.

I used to be an all-black kinda guy but after owning two black cars, I've found they seem to look good off the lot and it's pretty downhill from there

 

personally, i hate gold, but what does it matter what we think? You're paying for it and you're going to be seen in it. Do what you like.

 

Had Black and Deep Evergreen.Couldn't keep em clean. My current Maxi is Pebble Beige Metallic. This color stays cleaner longer and it's a sleeper on our 4 door Maxis. I have had one speeding ticket since 96 with this car and I don't drive socially respectable 100% of the time.....law enforcement does not pay too much attention to this color if that has any basis in fact or perception.
