Fender Trims, anyone? pics?

I am interested in purchasing a set of 4 chrome fender trims for my car. Does anyone have any fender trims on their Maxima? If so, may I see a picture?

Where did the concept of "fender trim" come from? I can't understand why anyone thinks they need to dress up their fenders... was there some super bad-a$$ car from long ago that had chrome fenders that started all this, or is it just a recent ghetto mod?

BTW to the original poster, you'll prolly find chrome stick-on trim at Autozone or Pep Boys that you cut to your car's shape. I doubt anyone actually makes a set of real chrome pieces custom-molded to fit a Maxima, so if that's what you're looking for you prolly won't find it.
