Question regarding shaved door handles,antenna, trunk keyhole...

Anyone have any of these done ? When I get my kit next spring im having the whole car repainted, so I figured I should just shave door handles ect. What kind of prices am I looking at for each task ? Are most bodyshops gonna have trouble with this ? Any info or pixs would help alot thanks.

gonna probally be a extra grand, they gotta remove the door handle (and hinges in door) and spot weld and do it correctly or it will warped the metal around the door and create waves in the paint, they also gotta bondo. take it to a shop that does only custom work. also gonna need door poppers which is gonna run you extra 300 or so + install. click on my homepage. also if you shave the trunk hole, pray your motor never goes out, or you will never get in your trunk again.

Ok, this is a newbie question, but... How do the doors open when the handles are shaved?

Door poppers, which are operated by remote, "pop" and push the door open an inch or two so you can grab the edge.

You could also hold the open door button on your keyless entry and the windows would roll down so that you could open it from the inside, but then the alarm would go off every time you did that...
