It is hard to explain because it does not happen all the time. The problem seems to appear when the motor is under a load and the car come to a stop. The motor seems to increase in rpm and then decrease once the car is at a full stop.

It has 35,000 on it can you give me some leads as to were Ican get the information on cleaning the throttle body out.

Most cars RPM dips like 100 less then what its suppose to. The TB cleaning should help it. My car idles at 650 when i put in neutral from any gear(I have a 5spd) The rpm go to like 550 and then come back. Notice the same thing on every maxima.
