rememeber thats 275 canadian.....so only $160 shipped in US dollars....you live in NJ, so there is a fair amount of slush, salty roads etc in the winter, so it might get rusted...id shell otu the little amount of extra money for a SS pipe from budget (i believe they arent much more at all), and you wont have to worry about rust

Back in Feb 2002, I spoke droppped by Budget & spoke to Jeff. I could have sworn he said they don't make the aluminized y-pipes anymore. He mentionded the demand for them just isn't that high. I'd recommend SS just like Jamsan suggested. btw, I'm in Toronto where we have lots of salt in the winter so SS makes sense.

Wait so budget is in Canada?
Your mentioning canadian dallors and stuff so is this company in canada and the prices are from canadian money? And i do agree that the pipe will rust in NJ, is rusting that bad though.

I paid $250 Candian ($159.87 US to be exact) for Budget's painted SS mandrel bent y-pipe about 3-4 weeks ago. The lady I spoke to said they were on sale from $325 Canadian I think. You should definitely go for SS to prevent rust.
They might even be on sale still.
They also covered shipping, so $159.87 was all I had to shell out.
I love the power gains and sound too.

maxperformance is a "maxima fanatic" and doesn't know that budget prices are in canadian dollars? J/K

There has been so much discussion about this. They only sell SS mandrel bent painted pipes for $158 shipped in bubble wrap to your door.

Check this out

Yes, It came with three gaskets: ypipe to cat gasket and two ypipe flange to manifold gaskets. Thier email response is not lightning quick, give it a day more.

I am also missing gaskets for my y pipe. I called them up this morning, and they are going to send me the gaskets.

Calling them is way faster than emailing.

Ask for Jody. She is the one in charge for all orders. (this is for anyone that going to call)
