Matching Clear Tinted Tail lights[PICS]

Matching Clear Tinted Tail lights[PICS]

Well i redid my tails and i did the reverse using the same material to make it match. After which i tinted the tail and i think it came out great. what do u guys and gals think.

So you did not replace the clear pieces inside the tails? Is that just the outside cover tinted so you can't see right through it?

Something about it looks off to me...you should just use the flourescent light cover on the inside and outside tails, that way they match perfect. That's what I did....check my homepage for some pics of them..

Makes the tails look so much better with all the clear matching...night and day compared to how they were before i cleared the inners

Thanks for thte good feedback, i guess im the first todo it to the 97-99 tails

and i did replace the clear piece with the flourescent covers as well, i thinks they look a little different because of the housing inside the lights.

I used the tint spray you can get at AutoZone or at any other autoparts store.

How many layers do you spray? Do you spray the whold housing or just the florescent cover piece? That looks sooooo good!!!!

My bad. I just have never seen anyone else do it or any pictures of it.

All i painted was the covers with one light coat.
