97-99 Guaging interest on a amber/red, clear/red tail swap! Quality! guarrantee

Well, winter is upon us and the trade I'm in will require that I seek a little side work as I get layed off for the cold months. I'm a skilled person. I'm in highway construction and have extensive experience in the machining trades as well. Never the less I'm tring to reassure you my competence in anything I feel confident in. I'm considering a tail light swap, depending on interest. This will be for 97-99 year models, outer tail assembly. This will replace the amber secton with the florecent reflector, as seen on many other maximas.

This is how it will go....

Most tail lights are free from damamge (bug debris, road bruising etc.). If you send me your clear (free from damge). Meaning no hazing, scratched, faded or anything other than typical tail light assembly. I will send you a pair of cleared tails the same day I receive your tails. If I feel your tails are not of swapable value, I simply clear the one's you gave me and you will receive them when cleared. Usually in a day or two of reciept.

disclaimer...I will ship a product that is acceptable to all who receive. If you feel that if your product is not satisfactory, all will be done to rectify said issues. I reserve the right to refuse certain requests that allow me to work with a product that may not be suitable for modification. Also, customers be reassured that the productct that is given to me for modification and if is damaged by me, WILL be replaced with an equal or new product. I've done 21 of these and have only damaged two. If your's breaks, it costs me! You will receive a pair of cleared tails.

Cheers, Dan.

I'm still considering costs.

I would be very interested in this. Have you done any work for any of the other members of the org? Do you have any pictures of your work? How much are you planning on charging?

I'm still considering costs. I've been around for quite sometime and if I guarantee you set of clears, that's what you'll get. I'll try to get some pics tomorrow.

Sup buddy? Good to see you around. The lay off news is not so bad, seeing as this is what happens in my field. I kind of look at it as a bonus. I make prevailing wage and this affords me the winter off. It's really kind of cool the way it works.

Deez bro.....Are you goin to CT tomorrow?

I'd like to see someone come out with a white light defuser that will illuminate as well as the stock amber piece. Maybe some company can whip something up if we give them our amber piece.

If the price is right, I would definetly consider this. So, we are talking just a few days without my taillights(My car is my daily driver)?

[FONT=arial]I would definately consider this opportunity to save me the time of having to do my own.....depending on price. My car is also daily driven.

I ended up not making it also, as I have to work tonight. So you moved to franklin. Nice town, I used to live there. I grew up in Bellingham. Congrats on your new place. Did you end up buying?

Yes it is but is very different from the 97-99 unit. I'll only be clearing 97-99 tails.
