Y-pipe gains???

Y-pipe gains???

Sorry to post such a boring trivial question but: how much hp and torque can i expect to gain from my Warpspeed SS y-pipe? I got a '97 .....my car is fed. 5 spd.; NOT cali spec. Thanks guys

An intake an Ypipe compliment each other. If you just get a ypipe, you will gain like 6. When you add an intake, you will probably gain 20 total with the intake and ypipe.

y-pipe gains

i also have a CAI and a catback exhaust to go along with the y-pipe......how much will I gain with these put on with the y-pipe? thanks

Cat back = 2-3 HP
Intake say 5 -8 HP

Look at Motorvate's Site There are some nice dyno charts of before/after. Peak hp gain should be around 18 hp at the wheels (not the crank). The curve is a lot flatter above 5000 rpm rather than dropping off sharply so wider powerband.
