The best thing to do is actually take the wheel off and look at it. It's pretty self-intuitive.

Follow the Maximadriver.com guide, it's easy.
When you get good, you can do both fronts in about 10 minutes.
(although I use disc brake quiet and stuff, and i have to wait for that crap to dry, so it takes longer...)
