The type II wing is only slightly different. I know that Skimax has some pics of a modified type II wing. Here are the differences:

Type II wing:

About 2 inches higher then stock.
Wing is more swept back from trunk
The sides of the wing that curve are much more pronounced and deeper
The wing depth is about 2 inches greater
The led is smaller then oem

Reason we got it is that it is a little different then stock. Just enough to make people take a double take but not large enough for people to point and laugh

Well there are a couple of things. The wing+paint/install=500 dollars or around there. Secondly, I would look at what you want. If you already have an oem wing I would go performance first. The only reason we are getting it is because we are running out of things that we want to do to our car. If you dont, then it's a toss up for what wing to get. However, from several sources at Stillen, they have said that they are not building anymore of these. I don't know how true that is for I have heard some people who have ordered them to be built, however, all the reps I spoke with said they will build no more.

I wish I could be of better help.

I got mine last tuesday. Supposedly it was the last one in stock according to the rep. They had it sitting in the warehouse for a week after I ordered it because it wasnt something that they manually carried in their computer. I am sorry you havent gotten yours. Good Luck

Thanks dude,

What I am thinking is this,I remember someone saying there were 3 left and I called right then and ordored mine[but the guy said they were all out}so at that point there were 2 left and then some other dude {can't remember who} ordered one so then there should have been 1 left and then you ordored one and like you said you got the last one.So maybe mine is in the mail,I live in New England so maybe it is further away from California then your location so I am going to keep my fingers crossed and hope it shows up tomarrow.Marry Cristmas!!
