Help, how to remove side AC vents??

does anyone know how to remove the side AC vents or at least just the frame? not the defrost vents but the adjustable ones. i tried prying them off from the bottom, they gave a little but i think if i kept on going i wouldve cracked them from the middle.

On the driverside you have to remove the fuse cover...feel up in the dash towards the vent, there should be a screw holding the vent in from the inside this has to be removed with a sideways screwdriver or a small nubby ratchet and socket..On the passenger side, the glovebox has to be removed in order to get to this screw..the removal procedure is the same as the driverside...Hope this helps out
