I've seen battery corosion before but mine suddenly has ALOT of neon blue powder around the + terminal. Anyone know what the deal with it is? What should I do?

Sorry its late and im stupid....I have someone with ALOT less posts yelling at me about searching....grr...ok well i know a little bit more but this happened in like a months time...doesn't seem right to me. Anyone think thats abnormal?
