Engine cuts out at 4,500+

I have been having a little trouble out of the Maxima lately. I had the fuel system cleaned at the dealer for around $100. It helped a little, but when I run the engine usually over 4,500 RPM at full throttle with the A/C on I will feel a jumpy sensation. I can only compare it to an old car with a carb that needs the fuel filter replaced. I have replaced my filter and still have the problem. I am guessing my fuel pump is going bad or my injectors aren't flowing enough or I am have a ignition coil breaking down at high RPM. I also have a problem with the engine not wanting to return to idle especially with A/C on. It will only idle down to 1600-1800 when I push in the clutch, it doens't do it every time but it does it a lot.

Any thoughts?

It was throwing O2 sensor this summer, so I replace the front and rear motor O2's but left the 3rd one alone. And it threw a coolant temp sensor code so I replaced that too. It was would want to die and was really jumpy on occassion before I replaced the coolant temp sensor. I do have 132,000 on my car also.

Have the spark plugs been changed lately or has the throttle body ever been cleaned?

I checked the plugs they looked very good. The are platinum with maybe 40,000 miles on them. The throttle body should have been cleaned with my $100 fuel system cleaning. I tried cleaning it a while back but couldn't get much out.
