Are you getting 11 psi with a 3.125 pulley on a V2 or a V1 blower?

Souns about right.

I'm running a 3.25" on a V1, and hitting 7.5-8.5PSI (9 a couple of times)

The V1 seems to boost about 1-1.5PSI less than the V2.

Those of you with 3.125" Pulleys, what extra stuff are you running fuel wise? Walbro? Injectors? etc....

PLUS??? They downgraded us in CA to 91 ... thats all we can get short of 'race gas' which is a pain .. but i have a V1, so it SHOULD be ok .. decisions decisions ..

Running a 2.62" and last I really looked it was ~13psi peak. Now that I'm in DC and its winter with denser air I wouldnt be suprised if I get 14psi.

Other helpfull items...
J&S Safeguard
370cc injectors
4:1 FMU (3:1 will work too IMHO, but if you use an AFC to pull MAF voltage you will get more ignition advance because the motor thinks its flowing less air and it gives more timing )
Fields AFC

As soon as I get the 3" exhaust system I will dyno her again and see how shes doing

I love cooler air; I wonder if it has anything to do with my boost peaking at 8 on my 3.33!!! I noticed it the moment I made my first run last week... on a V2 though..

8psi boost using 3.33 on V2 is correct.
Occasionally, I've hit full 9 psi with my 3.33" on a cold morning in second gear!

my SC

I have a 2.87 pulley with 370cc and JWT ECU. Testing it out with Jay25 it pushed 11psi, prob loose a couple psi with the intercooler, but hey, that's more important.

You're lucky since you have a 1995 model.
Us, 1998+ do NOT have any ECU options that would work with 370cc

3.25 Pulley boosting 10PSI. I have the Apexi SAFC but have not tuned it yet. I am waiting on the ME VI. I will tune it then.

Last dyno was ~320whp/260wtq SAE with ~9.5psi from a 3.125". Since then I have added more boost (2.62"), modified the cross over tube to 3" and changed the elbow fitting off the blower for better flow, ported my MAF, added the 70mm throttle body and opened the TB port on the intake manifold and installed the J&S safeguard. I think ~350whp/290wtq SAE is a safe bet for now. After I install a full 3" exhaust it should be neer ~370whp/320wtq SAE. My exhaust now is a 2.5" Stillen Y, 2.5 Test Pipe, 2.5 B pipe, 2.25" inlet 2000 variable muffler. The 2k muffler is choking some serious power, but its quiet. I plan to also try to tune in a G Force ECU that is modified for a normally asperated car, the extra timing in the mid range will help the low end torque ALLOT, and with the J&S it wont be a problem.

Hey Brodaiga!

We would ALL like to see the performance of the JWT ECU with 370cc injectors.
Why don't you and JAY25 have a race. If someone can video tape it, even better, but we trust you and Jaime.

I don't think he will race Jay because he know he won't win..

come on man.. look at Jay's Motor.. thats got to be one of the strongest motor's on the org.. he is boosting way more than lots of people with a bigger pulley..

i don't care if you have JWT and 370 injectors.. Jay will win..

Matt, you should try the quicktime electric cutout, or some other cutout. I plan to install mine soon so I can put a quieter muffler on my car without affecting flow when I want to goooooooooooo!

just came home, who u callin chicken mother**#(#, lol. I'm down for a race, but only on the track. Should be pretty interesting. Will be even more interesting when we get our vi's and get our cars tuned. As always, sprintmax is out to diss others, i choose to ignore. Jay and I were looking at my setup, and apparently, I don't even have an FMU installed, he said he's never really seen a setup like mine, so it should be pretty interesting. I just have to get better with launches... (never been to track before)

They are just playing around. Listen the reason why you dont have a FMU is because I believe that the ECU you have controls the flow of fuel thru the 370CC injectors. Racing at the track we will never line up trust me on that one. Your better off racing from a rolling start you saw how your car broke loose when I took you on that test drive.
