sticking driver's window

My driver's window keeps catching (bending) intermittently on the rubber strip at the base of the window - so I have to go up and down several times before it will go without sticking on it. Anyone else have this happen/know how to fix it??

Yeah, I basically did the same except I took the whole glass out and aligned the rubber molding track as well. Worked like a charm!

thanks

The silicone spray worked like a charm and didn't smear the window as I had feared. Thanks
