Question about cutting bumper

i have a 96' GXE and i want to cut out the holes for the fog lights. if anybody has had experience cutting up the front bumper. what is the best way to cut it and get nice clean lines? What kind of cutting tools would you use? etc.

thanks in advance for any posts.

Take the bumper off an on the back are edges around the squares and cutting from the inside should make good clean lines.

Like I said, just use a razor blade from the back. There are grooves to cut already there just in case your car did come with fog lights from the factory.
